About PBFLB

International Scientific Conference TOPICAL PROBLEMS OF GREEN ARCHITECTURE, CIVIL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING — TPACEE 2021 is an annual international scientific conference organized by Russian construction universities. This year, Moscow Region State University will host the participants of the conference.

Traditionally, the conference brings together scientists from more than 10 countries of the world and is a platform for discussing the main problems in the field of Civil and Environmental engineering, Green Architecture and Sustainable Urban Design. Industry experts and representatives of government agencies will discuss innovative and applied methods in sustainable urban development, sustainable energy technologies, green architecture, and environmental issues. The conference is intended to support the development of the renewable energy industry. Russia is a northern country with huge reserves of fossil energy resources. Nevertheless, the organizers and ideological inspirers of the conference considered it necessary to unite the efforts of Russian and foreign scientists to develop projects in the field of development of Renewable Energy Sources.
As long as the capabilities of Energy savings are not exhausted, it is difficult to talk about the economic feasibility of using renewable energy technologies in northern countries. Therefore, Energy Efficiency is the second main theme of our conference.

Workshop “Environmental engineering” will bring together leading Russian and foreign specialists in the fields of water resource management, waste management, and air pollution management. Workshop “Environmental management and economics” will discuss the economic effects of environmental policies at the local and regional levels, including the analysis of costs and benefits associated with the implementation of various environmental policies related to air pollution, water quality, toxic emissions, solid waste management and storage, and global warming.

We invite all interested persons to participate in the conference as listeners. And we draw the attention of the conference speakers that only presentations of the reports of the original research type performing results of original studies are accepted.
